10. COLLECTION OF DATA RELATING TO THE USE OF OUR DURAPRINT SERVICE

Via our free online service Duraprint, we provide you with the ability to produce labels for Durable name badges, door signs, folders etc. When you use Duraprint you may create an account in order to save your designs. The information inputted includes your name, e-mail address and password, the history of your interaction with the application including your IP addresses and the device and browser type used.

We will only use this data in order to enable you to use our service. In particular, we shall do so to verify you when you log into your user account, to make the application functions available to you and to administrate your user account in the application.

We shall use the e-mail address you provided to send you information about related products you may legitimately be interested in (you can inform us at any time if you no longer require these communications).

The legal basis of data processing is Article 6 Subsection 1 Letters B and F of the EU General Data Protection Regulation. We shall store the data whilst you use Duraprint until the deletion of your account.

11. COLLECTION OF DATA RELATING TO THE UTILISATION OF THE DURABLE WARRANTY

On our web page, you are able to register the purchase of a Durable display panel system. At the point of registering you will provide personal details including your name and e-mail address. After registering you will be sent a warranty certificate which you will need to raise a warranty case. Your data is transmitted to us via an input mask and will be stored in our systems exclusively for the purpose of internal use
