If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Important things to know.

  • Only items that have been purchased directly from may be returned.
  • You have 14 calendar days from the day after you received your purchase to initiate a return.
  • The item/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item/s must be returned in undamaged original packaging.
  • All returns must be clearly labelled with an RMA number.

You are responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning the item/s.

If your item/s to be returned is over the value of £25, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Upon verification, your shipping costs up to a total of £10 will be refunded to you if your item/s are found to be faulty.


Once your item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return and or shipping costs are approved, a refund will be initiated via the original method of payment.

Please allow 2-3 working days for payments to clear.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Any item not in its original condition or packaging that would not be able to be resold as new.
Postage and packaging costs for reasons not due to our error.



If your product is defective or damaged or you simply like to swap it for something else, we are happy to exchange it.

The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary based on stock availability.
